L’Interdiction de Molécules de Cannabis en France : Une Décision Contestée - HerBeevor

It's time to legalize natural cannabis!

HerBeevor, as a passionate cannabis distributor, expresses its disagreement with the prohibition of certain cannabis-based molecules in France.

The recent decision to classify hexahydrocannabinol (HHC) and two of its derivatives, HHC-acetate (HHCO) and hexahydroxycannabiphorol (HHCP), on the list of narcotics is a measure which, in our opinion, does not promote the safety of consumers or the fight against the black market.

It is understandable that the National Agency for the Safety of Medicines and Health Products (ANSM) takes measures to assess the risks associated with these substances. However, by banning their production, sale and use, we are concerned about the unintended consequences of this decision.

By banning these molecules, France risks pushing consumers into the black market, where the quality and origin of the products are not guaranteed. This creates an environment conducive to the consumption of potentially dangerous products and the indirect participation in the financing of criminal networks, including terrorism. Instead of allowing adequate control and regulation, the ban risks compromising consumer health and safety.

We strongly believe that the legalization and regulation of natural cannabis would better protect consumers. By allowing safe and controlled access to these products, authorities could ensure adequate traceability, thus guaranteeing the quality, purity and composition of cannabis products.

In other European countries such as Austria, Belgium, Denmark and the UK, the sale of HHC has recently been banned. However, it is important to note that many other countries have opted for a more open approach, regulating and controlling the production and sale of cannabis products, while allowing consumers to make informed choices.

It's time to recognize the potential benefits of natural cannabis and put in place regulations that promote consumer safety, health and information. An approach based on solid scientific evidence, combined with adequate regulations, would minimize the risks while offering consumers a legal and controlled alternative.

At HerBeevor, we are committed to promoting responsible use of CBD and supporting efforts to educate the public about the potential benefits and precautions to take when using cannabis products. We invite the competent authorities to reconsider the prohibition of these molecules and to consider alternative approaches which guarantee the safety and freedom of choice of consumers.
